We have prepared and verified the titled document and allied services collectively based on the scope, obligations and cautions provided hereinafter. This report confers to the details which are true to the best of our knowledge and are in accordance with both Rules of International Valuation Standards (IVS) and Regulations by Govt. of India.
We have prepared and verified the above titled document on behalf of Big Infrastructures for the client and above-mentioned concerned party.
We confirm that the Valuer / Consultants have no material connection or involvement with the subject of the valuation or with the Client and has provided an objective and unbiased valuation.
We confirm the Valuer / Consultants are competent to undertake the valuation assignment and has sufficient skills and knowledge of the respective market to undertake the same.
This report and the corresponding documents on which it is based are not open to public domain and no one other than the intended & competent authorities shall have its access.
The valuation remains valid only for the purpose for which it is prepared. It must not be used for other purpose without revision.
The report is primarily subject to the market conditions, clear and marketable title of asset, and other prevailing or relevant factors that change with time due to the dynamic nature of the asset value. Some of these parameters (like Legal Aspects, etc) are not in the scope, expertise and expectations from this report.
The asset value obtained and mentioned is considered as a near approximation of the exact value and carries relevant risk of accuracy and is subject to change with different situation and assumptions.
This report is a prima-facie opinion, and its validation is subject the documents provided by client, information shared by various signatories and observations made during the general survey and the understanding of all this as explained or mentioned in the report.
The data in reports are primitively valid for 180 days from the date of survey.

A Non-Disclouser Agreement must be signed to ensure the privacy is respected
The request Fee for Valuation Report is ₹2000/-.
Softcopy (unsigned) shall be shared by mail
If Hardcopy is required, client must collect it in person
