Payment Policy

General

Online Transactions of Payments is a sensitive affair, we request clients to ensure all the necessary care and compliances are under their perview.

Multiple methods of payment facilitates ease in doing business. With this in mind, we have collaborated with RazorPay. In case, there is an issue, the Transaction ID and other necessary details are necessary for resolution.

Any failure in transaction due to the RazorPay Portal, shall be addressed by the portal. We shall provide necessary support in such case

General Policy

1. All the payments (pay-in and pay-out) shall be accounted and its record shall be maintained

2. The payments shall be according to the billings which are specific to the service provided. Details of any payment shall be intemidated to the client before accepting the request of the service from the client

3. Discounts and Exceptions shall not be entertained after generation of the invoice for the service

4. Invoice shall include nothing other than the services which we provide and expenses related to our servics if applicable

Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation of the service at different stage shall have different penalty

• Cancellation before beginning of the service, shall be fully refundable if any advance is accepted

• Any cancellation after beginning of the service shall be partially refunded. Such cases shall be discussed in person on case to case basis

2. Any request of refund shall of advance or cancellation of service shall be accepted after payment of the expense incurred during the process of service depending on the stage of completion of the same
